Hey everyone! I'm writing to thank you all for your previous support, and check in and ensure everyone who wanted the BOMM got their copy. If you did not, please private message me so we can get you taken care of!
We are also launching our next project tomorrow, so feel free to sign up for the notification now.
All of you helped us elevate our work from simple softcover books to massive, beautiful hardcover tomes during the BOMM project. Now we have something new - The Libram of Lost Spells.
We are resurrecting hundreds of lost spells and magic items for use with 5E D&D, and it launches tomorrow!
Thanks to all of you, we've figured out how to provide vastly cheaper shipping options for our international backers. This will cut our previous shipping costs in half, and greatly speed our ability to deliver.
This book is written and in editing now, headed to layout. We are working with the team that handles layout projects for Beadle & Grimm, so you know this is going to be a gorgeous book too.
We plan to deliver the Libram of Lost Spells in January of 2024, or sooner now that we have all of our writing done, the project team lined up, and a true fulfillment house ready to get these going out.
So if you loved the last book, this one will be of even higher quality, filled with killer spells and magic items from ages past, reborn for the modern rules.
I thank you all for your previous support. We learned a lot from the BOMM project, took all of your feedback and found ways to circumvent those problems going forward.
We would love to make a fantastic new title for everyone once more!

Shipping Update 12/11

Hey folks, I just wanted to make a quick shipping update here for you. In a nutshell, it's taking me quite a bit longer to get through the pledge levels. I was unfortunately sent out of state for work for a week and this is Christmas season, so I have a ton of accessory orders going out also. I'm going to try to round up some extra help and bust through them. I also have two weeks of vacation at the end of the year here planned, so I'll be getting through a ton then.
I'll keep you guys updated, but if you are a US backer you'll see your order fairly soon. As for international folks, those may be shipping at the end of this year or early Jan. I'm hoping to get the book out to as many of you by Christmas as possible.

Shipping Has Begun!

Hey everyone! As a number of you may have already noticed, the wave 2 books arrived earlier than I last thought and we've begun shipping them. Below is my "formerly three-car garage" full of Books of Monstrous Might. We've gotten about 75% of the domestic orders packed at this point and about 20% of them in the postal system. Postal holidays and the weekend kept us from getting more actually mailed, but we are still packing furiously to get you all your books.
When you get your book be sure to share on social media and let us know what you think. It turned out really well and is a thing of beauty. Thank you all, and we couldn't have done it without your support!

1-2 Weeks Before Shipping Pledges - W2 Shipping Update

Hi everyone! I tend to not post random updates, rather waiting for concrete information. I don't yet have final dates as to when the books arrive, but our printing partner sent this message:
"The container with your order has arrived in Chicago. The next step is moving the container from the yard to the local ATA Logistics warehouse where they're going to unload the container and put in onto the back of a truck for delivery to you in Waterloo. Be on the lookout in the next week or so from a call from them to schedule delivery."
So I'm going to take that as a good sign that the books are on their way and we should be shipping them out in 1-2 weeks. I'm still astounded with the time and costs involved with shipping in today's market, but it's the new reality. I'll keep you all posted as I know more. Have a great weekend!

Print Update

Hi everyone, as a quick summary, the initial 6 weeks I was quoted was fairly inaccurate. The books have been printed at least, and are shipping to us now, but they anticipate 6-8 additional weeks of transit and shipping before they arrive here at TPK HQ. I just wanted to let everyone know, as I previously expected these sooner. It's looking like real fulfillment won't be until mid to late next month if it only takes six more weeks. I will continue to let you know more when we have more tracking info and can plan accordingly.
Regardless, these production proofs were gorgeous. A number of our publishing peers have attempted to cheapen their product to maintain their profit margins, but we have doubled down on quality. You will be wowed by this book, as we wanted to ensure it was truly worth the wait. The learnings we have taken away from this project will apply to all of our future works, and we couldn't have leveled up our game without you. So again, my sincere thanks for your support and patience. We are so close now!
